Belief

Change… Such a small simple word with so much meaning. What does change mean to you?

It does not mean changing who you are or what you believe. It could be learning a new skill, accepting people and their faults or choosing a positive outlook on a situation. We do not have to be a different person to experience change. A lot of people, including myself, believe that people do not change. Let me explain. You can not change who you are. No body should change who they are, we are all perfect in our own unique way. We can change parts of ourselves and the lives of people around us.

We can change our attitude. We can change our outlook. We can change our habits. We can change how we treat each other. We can change how we react. We can change the world.

So do not be so overwhelmed with the thought of change. It does not have to be so hard or black and white. It can be as simple as treating someone with respect or as difficult as stopping drug/alcohol abuse. Whatever changes you need to make just know you are not alone, we all are going through these changes together. We are all connected in this world by one thing… belief.

 

 

Belief : a state or habit of mind in which trust or confidence is placed in some person or thing
